ABOUT
The roots of the company reach to the year 1990, when Mr. Ivan Forštnarič started with his work in a small workshop. In 1995,with a lot of effort and diligence, the first automatic spring winding machines, grinding machines, wire bending machines and metal forming machines were acquired and therefor the machinery park expanded.
In 2015, the management of the company was handed over to the second generation and the company moved to larger business premises in Ptuj.
Since 1995, the company Vzmeti Forštnarič has been engaged in the production of all types of springs (compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs), wire products (2D, 3D bending) and sheet metal products (stamped products, sheet metal forming).
We manufacture products for small series and mass production and guarantee a fast and quality production!

COMPRESSION SPRINGS

3. Spring steel correction (50CrV4, Ck60, Ck75)
UPON CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENT: Silver galvanizing, gold galvanizing, black galvanizing and powder coating.
FORMS: Barrel, cylindrical, conical, or upon customer request.
EXTENSION SPRINGS

SHEET METAL PRODUCTS - STAMPED PRODUCTS
MATERIALS: Sheet metal S235, C60 sheet, spring sheet, stainless steel sheet.
UPON CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENT: Silver galvanizing, gold galvanizing, black galvanizing and powder coating.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE: Tempering to desired hardness, pressing of nuts.

BUTT WELDING
Applicability of the procedure:
- welding of steels, rarely Cu, Al and their alloys,
- products with a cross section of up to 200 mm2,2,
- rods, wires, thinner chains and profiles,

METAL SANDING
The sanding process is ideal for preparing the surface before applying cover materials (dyeing, galvanizing, mining, etc.), removing corrosion and old coatings and cleaning your products.
